Fresh Trainings R' US We are a National
Train-the-Trainer Institute that provides a variety of leadership and program-development training to support
the unique needs of programs serving families and/or children. We aid administrators, directors, program and training coordinators
seeking to ehnance their ability to create effective development opportunities, motivational coaching strategies,
supportive systems and training to bring the leader out of all of their employees and/or individuals they are responsible
for training.
Our trainers utilize techniques that are new, innovative, creative and "fresh" in
content and design and most important easy to transfer into any orgnaizational structure. The training experiences we provide are
fun, interesting and creative participants leaves refreshed, motivate and ready to implement what they learned.
Fresh Trainings R' Us services include an array of interactive and engaging, quality, affordable professional
development opportunities.
We support the needs of:

- faithbased organizations
- school age administrators
public and private non-profit organizations directly serving parents and families Programs that support initiatives to serve youth and families Personnel companies
small business owners Social Service Workers Organizations Urban leagues WIA youth programs
Participants are exposed to a variety of creative training in each Institute
that provide techniques that effectively promote their abilities to conduct:
- leadership
training
- program development
- professional development
- mentorship
- quality control and/or
assurance practices
- employee assessment tools and training
- model programming and best practices for any
organizational structure.

This training will focus on practical strategies to
aid in the administrative components of a quality afterschool program in a creative environment. Participants will engage
in creative hands on activities that support effective systems to manage fiscal resources and administrative policies,
evaluation and outcomes, workplace issues, strategies for recruitment and retention, staff development and training, ideas
for building a family-responsive program, building a "learning organization," leadership and management styles,
and working collaboratively with schools and communities.
