Non-profit organizations along with state and federal programs often are responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive programs that meet the need of communities, families, and children. Fresh Training R' Us support the development and technical needs of such organizations. We assist in meeting facilitation, brain-storming sessions and the creation of plans to recruit, retain and train volunteers and board members.
As and effort to ease the state burden and meet the need to provide provider training at Fresh Training R' Us we are constantly providing weekly on-going training opportunities. To meet the training need that early child care professionals in the state of South Carolina need to meet state requirements.
Sessions are now available throughout the state, where we as a company provide Brown Bag Training Series during lunch, Evening Training, and Saturday Training. Each training is provided to meet your individual needs, and guarantee small group sizes. Be prepared to come and learn and while you eat and we discuss tips and strategies that will aid in building high quality programs.
Fresh Training R' Us provides professional one-on-one mentorship and coaching to individuals to enhance business, management and/or supervisorory skills. We are willing to travel to assist new executives, directors or business owners to strengthen their skills in their environment. Our rates are affordable and we have received great feedback on this service. Generally sessions are priced at $25.00 per hour plus travel in-state and negotiated rates for out of state consulting.
What we do at Fresh Training R' Us is not a mystery or magical. We are willing to train trainers and or administrative staff on how to motivate groups and create training environments that work to get results. Our train-the-trainer is intense and geared toward professional trainers and educational coordinators seeking to strengthen their skills and find their style. These sessions are hands-on and an interesting addition to the Fresh Training R' Us family of services.
