Fresh Trainings R' Us Train The Trainer Institute:
The Train-the-Trainer also known as the 3Fresh-T Institute has been designed to meet the need of program administrators, directors of training, or educational coordinators overseeing training and development of more than 30 directors or administrators and/ or more than one central location.
The 3T Institute is filled with interactive 20 hour course designed to teach and enhance participants skills on how to engage groups to get results, best practices on adult learning techniques. The three day session will assist participants in how to motivate individuals into bringing out the best in their everyday performance.
Groups will grasp the following skills by the end of the training:
Secrets to motivational speaking and engaging groups
Creative room arrangements stimulate learning
How to create training and workshops that meet the need of all adult learning styles
The common mistakes training coordinators make that hinder programming results
How to create training to meet sustainability outcomes and yearly goals
Creating conference and training calendars that meet the unique need of program structures

Youth Leadership 3T Institute is a 12 hour course designed to meet the need of program administrators conducting leadership training for youth programs. Our two day institute walks participants through best practices when designing programs to meet the need of youth.

Create training environments conducive to the need of youth trainers

Our mission is to provide quality training to support individuals and programs providing direct service to or employment for individuals, families and/or children. As an effort to assist in sustainability of such programs we are dedicated to providing quality training and consultation to aid in the strengthening of management, programming and communication practices to sustain outcomes.
The Parent Involvement and Family Support Worker 3T Institute is unique to our training family. Our company is a for-profit company with a strong dedication and commitment to parents and families. This two day institute is designed to support individuals working directly with parents and/or parent coordinators to aid in:
