The traditional SAPA Leadership Institue is only $375.00* and the Webinar is only $80.00* pers series.  Both Institutes are geared toward school age administrators, directors and lead teachers, seeking to strengthen staff management, programming and communication practices including strengthening realtionships with other organizations.

Objectives:

  • articulating and understanding the importance of inclusion and what ADA means to your environment
  • discussion of realistic behavior intervention strategies that promote inclusive environments
  • setting up and creating an after care environment that promotes inclusion
  • transitions that school age children love
  • character education that promote desired behavior

Come learn songs the children sing (that drive us crazy) and how to use them to your advantage, through transition, and creating meaningful incentives from the child's level.  You will laugh, learn and leave more informed and prepared for the behavior issues your center face with school age children.
