Early Child Care and School Age Administrator and Provider Training
|
We provide training to the early child care and school age communities. We focus on reflective supervision
strategies, management and tips to build quality programs that meet state standards. Our training support
long-term sustainability and aid in maintaining licensing quality and state based standards. These services
may be provided for staff development on-site or through participation in one of our accessible in-state locations throughout
the year.
Participants receive practical information to:
- create and implement realistic
and effective systems to manage fiscal resources
- assess administrative policies
- learn to utilize
evaluations

- deal with workplace issues

creative strategies for recruitment and retention
- create realistic and economical staff development plans

Fresh Trainings R' Us respect and understand the role parents play in the development of their children.
As a result, we have developed a program that meet the need of parents and those who are responsible for training parents or
