We provide training to the early child care and school age communities. We focus on reflective supervision strategies, management and tips to build quality programs that meet state standards.  Our training support long-term sustainability and aid in maintaining licensing quality and state based standards.  These services may be provided for staff development on-site or through participation in one of our accessible in-state locations throughout the year.

Participants receive practical information to:

• create and implement realistic and effective systems to manage fiscal resources

• learn to utilize evaluations

• deal with workplace issues
  
• use creative strategies for recruitment and retention

Participants generally leave prepared to build “learning organization,” with complete understanding of leadership and management styles, and how to work collaboratively with schools and communities.

Fresh Trainings R' Us respect and understand the role parents play in the development of their children.  As a result, we have developed a program that meet the need of parents and those who are responsible for training parents or coordinating training and technical assistance to programs with parent focused initatives.  These workshops and/or training series include:
