Parent Program Administration Leadership Institute

where participants are engaged in an interactive two day training environment that fosters discussion, encourages participants to share knowledge to have a better understanding of the culture of "today's" parent and leave with more practical tips and techniques to:

incorporate strategies to ensure programs support "family time" and are able to show parents how to create this time as a key part of busy schedules
train parents on creative ways to provide multiple children with "me" time
aid families through the independant process and support the abiliy to cope with pushy family members and their difficulties with understanding your parents transition periods
teach parents the 6 keys to effective parenting that every parent need to know
support parents in knowing that transition is worth it, and so are they

School Age Program Administration (SAPA) Leadership Institute

All participants are engaged in two days in an out of school time setting where Program Administrators and others working directly with personnel focus on the administrative components of building and maintaining quality programing.

This Institute Participants leave prepared to implement:

tips to communicate effectively with staff and bring the most our of each member
