At TIPS (Theory In Practice Strategies) for Child Care Institute we use training modules that incorporate child development, cognitive, multiple intelligence and social-emotional theory. We are passionate and dedicated to creating strong leadership qualities in individuals careing for children and ensuring our training are geared toward adult learning practices to aid in retention of information and the ability to transfer information at the end of the training sessions into the primary environment where the adult-child interaction will occur leaving the child with long-lasting strategies to support his/her developmental milestone.
Our small group sizes suppors our trainers in their efforts to create opportunities in each live session for participants to grasp the true understanding of whole child development, diversity competency, and respecting families through the use of our creative, fun and educationally appropriate adult online training environment.
