The Institute is a 2 day virtual training filled with 6 hours of web based interaction designed to teach participants how to engage groups to get results, learn best practice strategies for adult learning and techniques that aid in retention. The two day session will assist participants in how to motivate individuals into bringing out the best in their everyday performance. Participants will learn organizational managment of small group interaction and how to maximize the use of the Training In A Bag tool.
